I have decided to finally update and organize my astro-journals and channelings into one section of my website- made specifically for those either brave enough or crazy enough to actually find this section and then actually read it.

Please note that I enjoy being a messenger of sortst, but do not consider myself any sort of representative of the divine world. I have too much to learn for that. However, there is still a sense in joy in being able to communicate the inner life that mirrors external reality. Imagination is a major factor....which, I believe, contributes to the lucid dreaming talent. (one which I am fascinated by yet quite novice) Ever wonder why we all can relate to the story of peter pan? Is it not a common experience that one feels like he or she is flying through the air while actually sleeping...I wonder if the story itself is a true story reflecting the dream life of a young boy....this is all sort of forgotten by adulthood. As I get older, it gets harder to find myself in that state of total ecstacy while flying through the air...but I also wonder if the "happy thoughts" that are required for flying are related to the concept that lucid dream states are often accompanied by a wonderful feeling of freedom and relaxation. And of course in the movie Hook an interesting line comes from Tinkerbell when she tells Peter that she will be waiting for him always on the edge of sleep and waking life. These stories are ways in which people incorporate their dream lives into their waking ones and this process loosens the walls between consciousness and unconsciousness. The curtains part between these two worlds and the result can either be a form of mental illness or blissful existence- depending on how well our energy is controlled.

It is also known as the astral plane... and that is how I mostly think of it...because it reminds that there are many more planes. The celestial plane is beyond the astral plane and it is usually too highly charged for our electrical systems to manage.

Another story I have heard titles the lucid dream experience as going into an alpha state. It is another possible name for the subconscious projected reality. This may also be similar to a state of hypnosis. Is this sleep walkingThere may be any number of dimensions to exist in some level on. The roaring and/or buzzing in the ears that is often heard during astral projection is a also considered a symptom of psychosis...if it is a persistent. Furthermore, mental health patients are said to mention the color purple - the color purple is either a hallucination or a recurring thought. The color purple is related to the sixth chakra and is visible in the astral plane...I often view it as a large deep purple eye.

Let me stress to you one more time that this material is all based on personal experience. Although the ideas that have contributed to my spiritual life are theoretical, and all human experiences can be seen in different ways, my experiences are fact. This journal will help to clarify what astral projection is, how real it is in my life and how it relates to healing, psychic phenomena and ultimately the never-ending search for a spiritual connection, God, love, energy and beauty in my life.

The earliest memory I remember having…if that makes sense…was a thought that, “I will be a woman this time” …or something like that….and I visualized the body of a woman.
The earliest dream I remember was sort of scary and sort of not; basically I had a little play kitchen in my room and the refrigerator door of the play kitchen swung open and my whole bedroom, including myself, was sucked into the refrigerator and once inside, I found myself floating in space.
One night I had a nightmare that included several false awakenings…creating a long terrifying dream that I kept thinking I was out of…but kept getting sucked back into.
My first lucid dream experience occurred when I was perhaps 8 or 9…or something like that …and once I knew I was having a nightmare, and I was afraid, I realized I was dreaming and so woke up in the dream. I decided to change whatever scary thing was following me into my favorite celebrity at the time. That was really very interesting.
I generally start a lucid dream as soon as I know that I am floating, flying or jumping really really high and feel really really good.  I either lucid dream or wake up at that point.
Astral projection is different than lucid dreaming. I have managed to do this only a few times. That is the process of meditating into the astral plane. My experience of this has taught me that I have to be careful.
I have had several premonitory dreams that predict either major or minor events that occur the following day. One of the lucid dream experiences I describe in my dream journal (below) was also a premonitory dream which depicted the environment of a place I had not been to until the following day, and a featured a person that I did not meet until the following day.
I often fall into trance naps and in these I do not usually dream. Instead I am sort of awake and asleep at once. With eyes closed, I seem to be able to see around me despite my eyes being closed- and in all directions at once. I can hear things and listen to people, music or the TV if it is on.
These are all pretty common dream experiences that many people report. I enjoy writing them down and will continue to add to the journal going backwards in time as well as I have many written down through the years. These days I seem to be dreaming less. I am not sure why, although I have been sleeping less and I believe this may be the reason.
