astralpage:Vibrations One way you can tell you are about to project is when you notice yourself vibrating. For me, this is a very unmistakable experience in that I feel my whole body begin to shake -but it is not really noticable from the external point of view. The vibrations are the result of your energy tuning to a higher frequency. This is why is possible to hear spirit guides while APing -although their voices come in very high and squeeky sounding at first. There are many other things associated with this phase- as it is associated with the opening up the sixth chakra. During this phase, it is typical to become afraid and accidentally stop the whole process. It is important to try to stay relaxed and let the experience unfold. It is also important not to get too excited about it. There are a number of things you can visualize to either speed up the process or make it more interesting. I like to visualize- and then literally see-my sixth chakra spinning in front of my forehead- moving slowly at first and then speeding up. There a very sublime feeling associated to this visualization, and if I am listening to music it is even more interesting. It becomes an experience where your whole body is vibrating to the beat, and it is a wonderful and blissful experience. Visualizing any kind of circle or circular pattern is particularly effective for me-especially if it is purple. At this point, people will often begin experience sleep paralysis, they may hear themselves snoring but are not yet asleep, to feel like they are falling, and seeing whatever it is that comes to the mind (as in a lucid dream). If they fall asleep, they will project right away. If they are still conscious, they can enter the astral plane any way they choose- spinning, dancing, floating, flying, etc. Back to trance Onward to projection Questions? Comments?
